What cooling capacity do your cooling towers offer?

Our cooling towers cover a wide range of cooling capacity. Custom models are available upon request. We design according to inlet water temperature, outlet water temperature and local wet bulb temperature.

How to choose the right cooling tower model for my project?

Please provide water flow rate, inlet & outlet water temperature, local wet bulb temperature, water medium and installation space. Our engineering team will offer free selection solution.

Why is my tower losing efficiency?

Common causes include scaling, blocked fill, poor airflow, incorrect water flow, or insufficient water treatment.

What materials are used for the cooling tower?

We adopt FRP, galvanized steel or stainless steel for different parts including shell, fill media, fan cylinder and water basin.

What types of cooling towers do you supply?

Cross flow cooling tower, counter flow cooling tower and closed circuit cooling tower.

What is the service life of the cooling tower?

Under proper maintenance, the service life can reach 15–20 years for FRP cooling towers. Other materials have to consider working condition.

Can you customize size, color or structure?

Yes, OEM & custom design on dimension, color and structure are supported.

Are fan, motor and water pump included?

Standard package includes fan and motor. Water pump is optional, we can quote separately if needed.

What is your production lead time?

Normally 15–30 working days, depends on model and order quantity.

How do you pack cooling towers for sea shipment?

We pack in knocked-down parts for sea transport. All components are well protected for long-distance ocean shipping.

Can you provide FOB / CIF / DDP quotation?

Yes, we can offer quotation under FOB, CIF or DDP terms as your requirement.

What regular maintenance does a cooling tower need?

Regular inspection for fan, motor, belt, fill media, water quality and cleaning of basin is required.

What parts are consumable spare parts?

Main consumables: fill media, fan belt, bearings, water distributor nozzles.

How often should I replace the fill media?

Normally 5–10 years, depending on water quality and operating hours.

Can I buy spare parts separately later?

Sure. We supply all spare parts separately after project delivery.

What is your warranty period?

18 months warranty after commissioning or 18 months after shipment, whichever comes first.

What is covered and excluded under warranty?

Warranty covers manufacturing defects. Damages caused by improper operation, bad water quality or man-made destruction are not covered.
